By using Veligo, whether as a free guest or with an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Veligo is an independent preparation tool for the processing-speed section of ELIGO-style aptitude tests. Every exercise is original, procedurally generated practice material. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ELIGO or any test publisher, and we never reproduce real test questions.

• You can use the free drills with no account. Your progress then lives in your browser on the device you are using.
• An optional account syncs your progress across devices and unlocks Pro once purchased.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you are a minor, a purchase requires the approval of a parent or guardian.

The Free tier is available at no cost. Pro is a single one-time purchase of €39 (regularly €59), which grants lifetime access to the current set of drills and the exam simulator. There is no subscription, and you are never charged again.

Payment is handled by a secure third-party provider that supports cards and common methods. Access to Pro unlocks instantly after a successful payment.

For paid digital content, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because access is delivered immediately, we ask you to confirm at checkout that delivery should start right away.

By requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started (section 356 (5) BGB).

Independently of this, we voluntarily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if Pro is not the right fit, email hello@adatepe.dev within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Since Pro is a one-time payment, there is nothing to cancel.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute or share access to paid content.
• Scrape, bulk-extract or attempt to rebuild the item bank.
• Reverse engineer the procedural generators or circumvent access gating.
• Use the service to create or distribute material presented as real test questions.

Veligo is for your own personal preparation. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse.

The software, design and the original practice items are owned by the operator of Veligo and protected by law. The name ELIGO is a trademark of its respective owner. We use it only descriptively, to say which test our drills help you prepare for.

The service is provided on an as available basis. We may add, change or retire individual drills and features over time, and we may carry out maintenance. We aim to keep lifetime Pro access meaningful and will not paywall content you have already purchased.

To the extent permitted by law, Veligo is provided without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, including any particular test outcome. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

These terms are governed by Add governing law and jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version.
